Sometimes i can eat quite a lot in 'one sitting' but other times i can eat a small amount and feel really quite full, almost sick sometimes. Why is this? It sounds obvious, like if ive eaten not long before my meal, then i eat and feel full, but its not that. I eat three meals a day usually at the same times. Just find it weird that ive recently been feeling sick after eating.

This has happened to me in the past, especially when I was under a bit of stress.  Perhaps something you are eating has too much acid for you at the moment and the acid "sloshing around" is what is making you feel full especially right after you eat.  Or you are eating too much in one sitting, something I'm also guilty of!  Best to pop round to your GP though to know for sure.  Good luck.
