Damn freezing here this morning.
Jo it would seem so .
The vast areas of the rainforest being burnt down beggars belief.

But as long as thers money in the timber the natives will be driven out and killed and the trees will be cut down.

One day it will be too late .

Humans are so selfish! Of course the destruction of the rainforests will cause a huge amount more damage - the economic problems may cause problems for humankind but the rainforests are a teeny bit mroe important to the planet!! Humans are not the only thing on this earth.
Rainforests can take thousands and thousands of years to develop - it's not like we can plant a couple of palm trees and jobs done. In destroying them we are also destroying species that will never exist again.
Who gives a sh1t, we will all be dead in a hundred years.

The human species is so bl00dy arrogant.

Dinasaurs lasted 65 million years, we have done 4 million.

Do you really think our burning down a few trees will make the slightest difference to anything.
