Laid in my own excrement

Well it has happened again I have just slipped off my wheelchair and I am now rolling around on the floor in my own faeces. I tried to close my mouth and breath threw my nose but I ended up sucking up a substantial amount of excrement in my nasal cavity. Oh how it stings and smells.

Yes it really stings. Oh how I am so alone and want to die. I can feel the maggots wriggling about in my bottom. I just rolled over and got another mouthfull of my own excrement. Oh I hate this cold life.
