yes, but you can't beat burgers from a Wimpy :o)

I used to like Wendy burgers, because you could decide what you wanted in them, and then they made them for you.

You're spoiled for choice in St Albans sassy, because you've got Maccy D's, Kentucky and Burger King all really close to each other on the other side of the road from the Civic Hall place.

(actually, I'm only guessing about the Kentucky, but I did notice the other two).

McD's closed last year (but there is another a mile down the road), KFC went about 10 years ago (but there's another about 2 miles away) and Pizza Hut closed a couple of months back. apparently they're reserving a whole row of empty shops with a plan for building a hotel on the site, but it looks a bit sad in the meantime.

but yeah, I guess we're quite well (or badly!) fed :o)
