I've tried reading 81 backwards for a month now and am still no further forward!

I'm still stuck on 34 - any more clues? I have an answer but can't see how it fits the clue (so I assume it is probably wrong).

I struggled with 34 as well - most common smoked fish I could think of was salmon but that didn't work. Think of a fish you could have for breakfast and put the s at the beginning. Its other meaning is a butterfly
