Computer bought in Korea doesn't work in Venezuela
2 Answers
Help! I bought my Samsung desktop in Korea. It worked in Azerbaijan. Now I live in Venezuela. I got it out of the box, switched it on and nothing. Someone told me I might need a transformer - is this worth trying?

You need to know how many watts the computer draws as this will affect which transformer is suitable, should be on a plate near the power cord. In the UK this http://www.beststuff.co.uk/voltage_conversion. htm is a good site, as you can see there are converters that step up or down.
