Yes to both - 'Sate' - 'It' = S(ex) a(ppeal) + te (note)

Thank you , your majesty.
Would never have figured out SATE.
Hope you're well tonight.
:-) I'm very well, thank-you, m'lady - and you? I hope today was better for you than yesterday seemed to be?

(I'm not prying, merely concerned...)

I'm much better today, thank you , Sire.
Haven't had a lot of time for puzzling, though or looking at Answerbank....too busy with family.
I'm glad to hear that you're ok :-))

Question Author
Pleased that you're OK too, your maj.
Had noticed that you hadn't been around for a while.
Can you explain 'sentry-go' to me , please? I have never heard of the expression.
Thanks
:-))
With pleasure m'lady - 'Sentry-go' is an obscure term for a watchtower (it can also mean a sentry's patrol or duty) :-)
Question Author
Thanks, sire.
i think that's too obscure for the Telegraph Prize cryptic...they're usually easier than that!
Off to bed now, talk to you later.
:-))
Good night m'lady, sleep well :-)
