When I receive an email in Outlook Web Access how can I flag it? The flag icon appears between the email icon that indicates if the email has been opened and the paper clip icon indicating if there is attachments - but I cannot see how to flag. Can anyone help please?

Well in Outlook you would just click in the flag column adjacent to the e-mail you want to flag - or right-click and choose a flag.

Thanks for your answer - I do use flags in Outlook exactly as you describe, however it doesn't work in Web Access - it's driving me mad as I have always relied on flags!
