Nintendo DS Adventure Game (without action!)

I have purchase a DS for my wife and she is interested in playing some adventure games.

She would love to play a more text based adventure (like you used to get on Spectrums etc) rather than anything that involves action.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Text based games are very few and far between now simply because computers can handle more and people demand more as well.

Try Hotel Dusk: Room 215 or the latest Zelda game, both of those are a little less actiony than most

Thanks Cake boy - doesn't need to be text based, just needs to be non pressurised so that she can think things through rather than react to something quickly.

Another game that's text based or mystery solving much like Hotel Dusk mentioned before. In fact it's made by the same company, the game is called Another Code. It's very good in my opinion :)

Also if you can find it, try "Professor Layton and the Curious Village" it's very very hard to come by but ultimately a very good game :)
