I have just upgraded Ad-Aware to the latest version, I am now finding that if I try to load Spy-Bot search & destroy, I get the following message:

Spybot_ search_destroy has detected that you have the following products installed (Lavasoft Ad Aware). This may cause incompatibilities.

Is it safe to use Spybot_search_destroy?

i use malwarebytes antimalware

free to download and removed all the xp antivrus2008 from my pc that spybot wouldnt/couldnt.

Ethel, I`ve just looked at the web-sites in Google search engine but there are so many to choose from. How do you decide which one to download?

Thanks for all your answers.

I too have used Spybot and Ad-aware together without any problems in the past. It is only since I changed to the latest version of Ad-aware that I am now getting this warning.
