Really confusing story; but, my keyboard is simply not working. I tried going onto the control pannel and re-connecting it with bluetooth (it is a wireless one) but that doesn't work. I also tried putting new batteries in it, restarting the computer, looking at the help guide and everything and it just wont work. Does anyone know if this is something to do with bluetooth or just simply my keyboard? I am using an old plug-in keyboard at the moment. And, to make matter worse, my mouse isn't wokring which is wireless too. It wont show up when i try to connect it with bluetooth, just as my keyboard does. Please help and tell me how to fix it!

don't think it will be bluetooth. If they're both wireless there should be a sender unit in a USB slot somewhere for it. On most there is a connect button on the sender unit. press this then reasonably quickly find a similar little button on keyboard and mouse.Usually you'll need a pointed object to achieve this. You have to be failrly quick though.
