Just nabbed a Bargain!!!

Walked into my local coop small version, got a whole chicken, there lovely pork links, some chicken goujons,a whole tray of chicken legs and drumsticks,2 chocolate bars. for just about �4.00 whey hey!!!!!

All with todays sell by date as today I suppose?

Of course, but have a freezer, also just put on the chicken in my spit roaster with garlic butter and lemons!!!

i love my local cwop! They always have good bargains, they never wait until the food is brown and 'orrible (like the big chains do) before reducing it.
And their fairtrade chocolate cake is the best!

crisgal there fairtrade chocolate is fantastic, plus i know the girls in there and they look after me when it comes to reducing stuff that i might want!!!!

That sounds like a terific bargain puddicat (where is this Co-op? :D ). The big chains rarely take much off their prices.

My local Co-op is really expensive for every day items (teabags,butter,sugar etc.)compared to our local Morrisons.
