Are you quick to say you're sorry, or are you stubborn and refuse to say it, even when you know you should?

In the usual way of things, I don't know anyone who wants to get into an argument with me, so the position doesn't really crop up very often. Adult people should be able to put their differences of opinion across without it turning into a major battle.
I'll always offer my opinion or say what I think, but the only place I can think of, where an argument might necessitate a rounded reply - might be on AB! Lol. Even then, I don't really care if someone thinks they've "won" by me going silent. The truth is, when I've had my say back - I switch off and forget it.

i am more the determined type so only apologise if proven wrong. Mind you it bugs me when others apologise all the time, those who apologise easily for everything often say the word out of habit with little real meaning behind it. To me if people are sorry they should try not repeating the same behaviour
I know what you're saying shanx, but surely good friends WOULDN'T want a full-blown argument with you??? We can all put our case forward in a normal manner, without resorting to insults, slanging matches and whatever. As for family - well we don't fall out at all. We might not always agree, but simply beg to differ.
