I have a Triton T80 shower unit.  It started leaking water, although it was working ok.  I stripped it down and found a worn O-Ring.  I replaced this, which cured the leak, but now it will start to warm up, then go cold.  The Element is ok, anyone got any ideas as to what may have happened please ?

Sounds like you've damaged the heater when the shower leaked, they don't have a thermostat as such. The adjustment of water temperature is basically a water flow adjuster so the less water you flow the warmer/hotter it will be, so if the water flow is constant then the heater, or connection, must be faulty.
