very very unlikely, unless you have a DVT or other medical condition and a consultant advises you not to travel. Read you policy document about "cancellation" to see for sure, but holiday insurance very rarely (if ever) covers for people just deciding they dont want to go anymore

Yes that is what I thought,I expect I shall have to lose the money,I can't face another long trip.My own fault I should not have booked before I had tried the first one.
see your GP first, it may be treatable
Best thing is to buy some flight socks and put them on before you leave home/hotel. They feel a bit strange at the beginning - just make sure there are no creases. They always work for me. You can buy them in Boots.
ask advice from your GP, buy flight socks, wear comfy shoes that allow for the feet to expand and buy a small kids collapsable stool that you can rest your feet on, do foot exercises avery now and then, how long is the journey ?
the company might not give you your money back but may allow you to swap for a shorter journey resort.
best of luck.
