We have lately taken our ex landlord to court and have gained a judgement against them for a substantial amount of money. They are due to pay us the money within 14 days if they do not comply we have been advised to issue a Warrant of Exerction (where the baliffs are involved). The address that these (they are two brothers) have given is their Mother's address but we know that they jointly own a furnished flat, is it legal for us to inform the baliffs of this address? and can goods be taken from this in addition to that at their Mother's address?
Any advice would be helpful!!! XX
