Would like a clear close- up aerial photo of my last house. I've tried Google Earth, but the close up picture is blurred. Is there a free service available please? I live in the South East of England.

Checked this site and the resolution is the same or similar to google maps. Costs 10 for a digital file, don't know if they ofeer a better resoultion than the one on the display

Try this link (needs no installation) and use the Microsoft VE option, sometimes better than Google Earth.

Good answers, thank you. Have tried the free suggestions, but still looking for a good resolution picture, with recognisable features.
Try this web site:

http://www.aboutmyplace.co.uk/

Input your postcode then when the map appears, click on the button for Birds Eye View. Zoom in.

Not all the photos are recent.
The pictures are clear enough to pick out the features.

Good luck.
