Osborne house on the Isle of Wight (or possibly the Isle of Man, I get the two mixed up)

It's on the Isle Of Wight, a mile south east of East Cowes, and remains largely unchanged since Victoria's day.

I would add that this was only Victoria's favourite place until albert died, after this it was noted that she enjoyed her time at balmoral more than anywhere else
