hi,
i live with my husband in a council house im not on the tenancy agreement and want us to devorce i have a 7 year old son and he has a 17 year old son i wish to stay in the family home l know that in some circumstance i would be able to do it but i have to take him to court .does anyone know who is in the stronger position
please help thanks

Why is it only his name on the tenancy agreement, where were you when you took the tenancy?

His name is on the agreement, so you are a lodger/visitor. You should go to the Council and put your name down for accommodation.
If your married to him YOU ARE NOT A LODGER,
