we wrote a complaint letter to thomsons travel 24 days ago. we've heard not a peep from em. how long should i give them to respond before i chase this up? should i ring em to ask for a response ot the letter? or should i write another letter?
PS - to get maximum response to tis question i'm also posting it in the law section.
thanks jenna - had a very quick read of that link (and will go back and read it in details shortly) ... that looks like it can give advice on complaining to atol etc, (which willb e my next step if we hear nowt)
the holiday, (a fly /drive) was a miscellaney of errors...the list is endless ...and to sum it up we ended up having to pay double out of our own pocket to repay for things that we paid THEM for in the beginning, (but which they failed to arrange - like car hire)
ps - yup the columbus house address is the one to which we addressed our complaint.
I htink i might send them off a further written letter asking for a response to the first as i am led to believe that one cannot complain to ATOL until 2 written atempts to the agent have been made?
