fride freezer help

i never touch the settings on the fridge freezer but all of a suden my fridge is leaking a bit of water where i pull the drawers out and the freezer is leaking at the bottom and the freezer drawers are frosting up
ive never had problems before its quitenew and a hotpoint one is it cause my fridge is too high or too low for the weather were getting now help me please !! thanks

Sounds all the world like the draing tube to the tray underneath the fridge is plugged. It's there to drain the condensation and, especially, the water from the automatic defroster, if you have one (which is likely). Locate the drain entrance, which is probably on the bottom under the drawers. Run a small wire down the tube... gently. You may even be able to get a samll diameter bottle brush down it. While you're at it,be sure to clean the gunk out of the drain tray, which everyone overlooks. It'll be a tray about 1 to 2 inches deep directly uncer the fridge. You can also try to clean the drain tube fromt hat end... Best of luck!
I had the same trouble, and did as Clanad said. It only takes a minute or so to do, and works perfectly afterwards.
We have to do as Clanad states about every 2 months on our Candy frost free freezer.
