I can only speak for Ibanez as I own one. This is the model I own.

It is exremely well built and has set in neck (as opposed to a bolt on neck) and for the quality it is an incredibly low price.

It was beautifully set up when it arrived and almost every review that I have read for the jazz electric Artcore range has had other owners saying that if theirs was stolen, they would definitely try to seek out another one.

I wouldn't part with it for anything.
I think this is personal preference. I quite like the floating trem on my strat
I can only apologise for completey and utterly missing the word "Trem" in your original post. I might need glasses. Lol

OK Thanks for reply anyway.
Floyd Rose Original seem to be hardened Steel - Wheras no idea what the Ibanez EdgePro (the more pricey Ibanez trem) is made of - you might assume the same.
But I read somewhere the Ibanez Edge III (cheaper one) is made of Spalter !! Which is something soft with Zinc in.
Maybe when in doubt go for Floyd Rose - but I would like an Ibanez if their trems will hold up against a Floyd.
