I have an aquarium that currently holds
1 moonlight gourami
4 red platys
1 male speckled molly
1male sailfin molly
1 female sailfin molly

I want to even it out as the female molly is getting harrassed..also the moonlight is picking on the other fish, not badly just a little bit.
I want to purchase a pair of dwarf gouramis..but I was wondering if I should also get one more female molly to even the three i have out. And should i get the male moonlight a female in view of me getting a pair of dwarves?i don't want him to pick on them.

with the mollies, it is better to keep either one male with several females , however as you already have two males it would probably be better if you could get a couple of female mollies (if your aquarium can accomodate them) I can't help with the moonlight part of question although I do know they grow quite large so you should maybe take advice from wherever you buy your fish
