Why don't you just google image paintings by french artists or Wikipaedia will give you a list of French artists with their dates?

Robthe rat - don't get your clue (answer?) for 139. Cannot find any references to a French 18-19th century painter by that name noe an work entitled Montague. Is this the title or reference to the artist.

I dare say you could risk a bit more of a clue as you gave the picture title for 140 and the clue you were given for a car maker of D- - could hardly be called obscure. I promise to look out for your problems in coming months!
