Which is the best internet dvd rental service, in terms of price and choice?  I was about to sign up with Amazon's 7.99 (4 discs a month) scheme but it p's me off that, if a film is a 2 disc set, you have to rent the discs separately!

try http://www.blockbuster.co.uk/ , but their price is 13.99 for unlimited internet dvd rental service. I dont think they have a specific return date either. Check the site, as there is a one-month free trial (but be careful incase they rope u into the next 11 months automatically). Its nearly double the price, but you could get as many dvd's a u like.
Personally I prefer to rent as and when I want, not to be tied into a monthly arrangement.  Haven't tried it but http://www.screenselect.co.uk/visitor/home.html apparently charges 9.99 a month and you can have as many as you like.  Don't quote me on that though.

Thanks for your replies. Can anyone who uses Blockbuster tell me - does a 2-disc set count as one rental or two?
www.lovefilm.com is good. Around 14.99 a month i think and you get unlimited DVD (3 at once) with no limit to how long you have them. I know they have an offer on at the moment with a company called cdwow.com and you get 15.00 cd wow voucher

i would imagine that rentals offer the film only.

a 2 disc set traditionally only has extras on the 2nd disc only
