Has anyone seen in any newspaper about the council making a hash of peoples wedding bookings ?

I think it must be manchester , my daughter phoned me and said someone told her but they didnt say which newspaper! shes booked hers for this september and is panaking now ...

you have to give notice to marry -marriage bans or something like that , when you do it you book the registrar whos marrying you at your venue
