I sent 3 pictures on Sunday to my email address from my phone so I could print them off. After checking them later they hadn't arrived. I re sent them and left it until Monday to check, they still hadn't arrived. I called Vodafone to tell them and to ask if I would still get charged. They wouldn't do anything and said they were showing as delivered. I've done this before with no problems. How do you prove they didn't work? What could have happened? And what a con! I tried again today and only 1 out of 3 has arrived. Think I've surely learnt my lesson now!

Email is not and has never been a guaranteed service, when you send a mail from your phone as long as it has left vodafones network they have done their job, it could then go missing at several stages along the line which would have nothing to do with vodafone.

Even if you could prove you have not received them that doesn't mean it's vodafones fault, why should vodafone take responsibility for an email going missing on other peoples network.

Your best bet is to either get the USB cable for your phone if there is one available or a bluetooth adapter for you computer so you can simply send pictures direct to your computer without having to use email.

Thanks Chuck your answer makes a lot of sense. Think the USB cable would be a lot easier.Cheers!
