best time to exercise would be first thing in the morning before any food.
Why first thing in the morning? Wont this be like driving on an empty tank?
My gym instructor told me it's always best to eat AFTER exercise as the body is still pumping...usually up to an hour after exercise. I'm no expert, just passing on what I was told. It's worked for me though. I've lost 2 stone in 3 months!
I have read many articles on this most say as jane1098 says...
Yes gaz train on empty you will burn more fat as the is no food to burn. If you do eat before your only going to burn the food up first...
As for eating after a workout some say don't eat anything for half an hour after training as your body is still burning fat.
But i have also read eat a small carb food straight after a work out as this will help you recover faster and help you in your next work out.
So you will have to see what works best for YOU..
As for toning if its your stomach you will have to burn the belly fat off before any abs will show..
ie.. aerobics or high reps weights
Well done ilovetolove for losing so much weight you must feel so much better...
