As for the awkward customer , treat them fairly and always remember theyre right , because if you tell thenm theyre wrong it only goes above your head.Then the sh1t is dropped onto you, as well as the blame.Remain calm , maintain eye contact , and if alll else fails nod.

Perhaps the lack of compassion here stems from peoples lack of love for themselves.How can they be compassionate when they detest themselves and what they are?Really you should try to love yourself and then you migfht even be a little compassionate , though i doubt it very much .
