Seriously, r my replies too pragmatic for u all? I realise (now realise has been underlined by this stupid spell-check?) am older than a lot of u.
U do have to refer to ur dictionaries....must be maddening but then, it widens horizons.
I learn shortcuts like btw (never knew that)! It's a 2way learning curve...eh

The dictionary that is installed on your computer that has underlined realise is an American one so it is expecting the word to be written with a z (realize)
If you click on the underlined word with the right mouse button and then select "add to dictionary" it won't highlight it ever again.
You can do this with any word that you know is correct but the American dictionary highlights
