Do you know what to do?
aw kittens
its that time of year.

had to laugh at a wildlife park the other day when my innocent 2 year old shouted that the tortoises where 'banging' each other! They certainly were but not in the way he meant.
can I have one? I've never had a rabbit...but they are so cute!
if you find a decent pet shopt to take them to you can get about 15 for each of them. my rabit Dot she turned out to be a he last year... 16 babies later here we are but unfotunately bubbles died after her last litter and bruiser wont mate again despite having a the most beautiful baby rabits i have ever seen (we got 60 for two of them and 80 for the 3rd one in her litter. a couple of people who show rabits had a bit of a bidding war over them).

there is quite a lot of info on the net about when you can seperate them from their mother and you will need to start handleing them etc...

good luck with them and congrats
i adopted a rabbit from pets at home last year had her for about 4 weeks she had 8 babies thought she was nice and big then i know why ,only 1 baby lived then mum rabbit died this year ...
wonders if she dare mention the word "stew" without being lynched????

the parents are dwarf rabbits with pure white fur and bright blue eyes theyre really cute but noisy they live in my bedroom as there indoor pets i only seen one baby cos it was out the little house in the cage my fiance has had rabbits all his life so he knows what to do xxx
indoor rabbits? thats a new one to me!
I have indoor rabbits too
do they not smell a bit?
No, not if I don't let it get to that stage. They're a very clean animal really, they have an area in their hutch where they do their business. I put newspaper down and then cover with sawdust, every night when I get home I roll up the paper and put in a carrier bag, tie it and put in the wheelie bin (no, where you wheelie bin?), spray some anti bug spray in the aera before putting down more paper and sawdust.

One per week I clean out the whole hutch, all the straw etc., wipe it down with disinfectant and every other week I take the floors out (double decker hutch) and give them a good scrub under the shower.

Even to me that sounds time consuming, but it's not, the daily job just takes a few minutes, the weekly job takes about 15 minutes and the fortnightly job takes about half an hour or so.
cool, thanks for that.
