Does anyone know if it is possible for me, as a seller ,to bar someone (whose ebay id I know) from buying from me? I suspect someone may attempt to destroy my long standing 100% feedback score. Any info greatly appreciated.

yes go to az help and block bidders list . enter his user id name and then he can not bid on any of your items. you can add or remove at anytime

Sadly it doesn't stop them using a different id - I have several different ones - for buying and selling, business and personal.
