Can anyone tell me which is the best exterior wood paint for window frames please? I also need to know which wood stain is the best for the timber cladding on my house.

Oh and 1 last question!! Does anyone know where I can get a hard wearing blue floor paint for a wood floor?

Many thanks!! Sal

Hi Sally,I always use Farrow and Ball paint.A bit more expensive but goes a really long way and is lovely to use.Get the exterior eggshell.I've also used their floorpaint in my bathroom and it looks brilliant. You can order online and the choice of colours is huge.Have used Cuprinol Heritage Shade on my fence but wish I'd got a spray...took ages to brush on!

Thanks for that Barb - I will have a look on their website. I always think Farrow & Ball sounds so posh too!!

Excellent - they have the floor colour I am after - thank you!!
You are very welcome.I've converted all my neighbours to this.I used House White,a really rich creamy colour...we have really pale stone so it really brings out the colour.Have fun with your painting.
