Should i get dressed today?

I didn't go out last night (unheard of) and didn't get up til lunchtime today. I am still in my pyjamas and don't really need to get dressed until tomorrow afternoon.

Is it slovenly and common to lounge about in me pj's all day? Should i get dressed?
