Rod Stewart mad e a record called 'satisfied' with more or less the same words. Can't see it being from 50's though.
check lyricfinder or some such site
Yes it was from the 50s, but I just could not think who the singer was, but I found it, it was Jo Stafford. This song was very popular when played for the Last Waltz.

The best way to download songs is to use a programme called LIMEWIRE. You can do a search on Google 'Limewire download' or the like and follow the links to download it to your computer. There are many thousands of songs on here (I've found songs from the 40s and 50s) to download. Its free of charge to download songs as they call it file sharing and is perfectly safe.

itunes can be also downloaded to your computer (like Limewire it is free of charge) but they charge for downloading songs - usually it is around 79 pence per song. It is only very rarely I need to use itunes, 99% of what you need is on Limewire.

Hope this helps.
I have been using MyKazaaGold for years and have never had a problem. You get to download unlimited music from just about any artist under the sun and you never have to pay any fee's per song. It's basically free, which is good enough for me! Check it out: http://www.MyKazaaGold.com
I would like to say, Kazaa Platinum is the best free music/movies download library that exist today. Membership is very reasonable, they provide fresh tracks each month and they're more than happy to work with you and help you Set it up on your PC. Unlike other free Music download companies, Kazaa Platinum gives you the freedom to re-arrange the music tracks and use them in any way you want. What more could you ask for? http://www.kazaa-platinum.com is the way to go.
I am so delighted with Flickr Music that I'm trying to get my family and friends to join in and have some fun as well.
