My electric oven is still working fine but the grill' resistance is no longer working. Can it be repaired and who shall I be calling out, an electrician?

Thanks.

I think the makers of your oven would be the best people, if you still have the manual, it should have a help number in it, might be a bit pricey, but cheaper than getting a new one.
Hi, yes call in a sparks, how old is the oven? if it is a single oven and over about 5 or 6 years old you can probably pick up a reconditioned one cheaper than having it repaired.
Changing the element is usually very simple. If you know the precise make and model and which element you want to replace then you can buy the element, lift out all panels to access the old one and do a swap. Just remember to switch off the power at the main switch before getting stuck in. There are a large number of sources for the parts, anything from typical electricity board showrooms through Currys to local specialist shops. If you don't want to do it yourself, or prefer to pay for the work, then call in an electrician.
I need to replace my grill element for my Delonghi. I've tried doing this from the front but cannot work out how to detach it. Is this usually done from the back?
