broken fan oven

My oven is no longer working. It is a combined fan oven/grill. The clock still goes round, but that's it. The oven doesn't work, the light doesn't come on, the grill doesn't work, the fan doesn't go round, there's no heat, not even the indicator light works. I find it odd that the clock still works. We've tried fuses but these are fine. Can I get it repaired or should I get a new oven? Thanks.

Based on an experienc eof mine I would suggest checking out the oven timer mechanism. This is the most likely source of trouble. It may even just be that it has been inadvertantly set and just needs adjusting. Alternatively it may need repair work doing.. Either way, a new oven would appear to be a little extravagant! Only a suggestion though!!
The oven might have accidentally been set to auto mode and needs switched back to manual - try pressing a button with a hand on it if there is one. Look in the user guide if you have it otherwise what make do you have?
I concur with previous answers: Power is getting as far as the clock/timer but not beyond. Every other item (with the possible exception of the light - check the bulb separately to confirm) is almost certainly perfectly OK. Consult the instructions for the oven to put it into manual mode - posting the make and model here will probably bring you help with the settings if you no longer have the instructions.
