My daughters best friends mum just died. I thought I would come on here and see if any one had ideas what I can put in a card for her but all there I find is everyone sniping at each other.
A young girl is without her mother tonight. She was only 45, a year older than myself. I haven't a clue what to say to her.
Poeple life is to short for this. So anyone who can give me anything I would be greatful.

When someone close dies everyone tells you "call is you need anything" Very irritating. Like I would reall call if I needed anything. I don't know what I need. If I were you I would tell her you are here for her, and then be there. Let her talk, you listen and give very little back in words. You cant "know how she feels" because you are not her. But you can be there with love.
