forearms are mid pronated/supinated - so no contractions there i think.

Elbow is extended

Humerus is extended on the scapula with no abduction adduction or rotation. There may be some abduction in order to grasp the ball

Scapula moves superiorly over the thorax

Any anatomy text book will list which muscle groups do these actions.

erm ths is an exercise (ha!) to make you think of the anatomy you've just learnt by the way......
