As with most low-end Nokia phones, no. It's capable of recieving, but not sending. If you had a phone that could send ringtones, then you could use it to send to a 3510. That's why there's such a premium on pay per call numbers to download ringtones, games etc. The sooner they make sending possible on all phones, the sooner we can get rid of that crap.

u could use ure pc if u but a cable for 6 quid on ebay that also includes a cd with 12000 polyringtone and 3000 wallpapers and 100 games or somthing u would probably need the nokia pc suite which is free off there website
