Why hasnt my cordyline flowered

I bought a lovely cordyline australis (cabbage palm) 4 years ago.It was in flower when I bought it with lovely scented flowers but hasn't flowered since. Does anyone know why?

that one's from New Zealand, maybe its just the different climate, its a summer flowering plant. was it forced-flowering in a greenhouse environment when you bought it?

Hi, I don't think it was forced and it was outside when I bought it.

Mine is the same - I have 2 and mine looked as if they were dying then came back to life - but haven't flowered in 3 yrs now :( don't know what I am doing wrong.......
