Calories in blood orange / Calories in a bowl of porridge (1 1/2 cup)

How many calories does each of the above have? One plain orange as a snack. One bowl of Porridge made with approx a cup of semi skimmed and half a tablespoon of sugar?

What sort of a percentage of alcohol on average does teh weight watchers wine have, thinking about having some tonight but need / want it to contain at least some........ :)

Are TVR's in the cabriolet version of the above good cars - ie reliable, not prone to many problems etc? Do they have a good/bad/indifferent reputation before I go and buy one?

Why am I not losing weight

I am going to the gym 3 normally 4 times a week and burning at least 500 calories on the cross trainer, last week I walked 8 miles to the shops and back and do this type of thing when I have time...
