HI CAJ1 No my ex is not leaving me alone but I was back in court 2 weeks ago to update my injunction which he has broken 3 times already so its back to court again.
He is kicking off as I have a new realtionship with a lovely lovely man who is also a single dad and is willing to take things slowly as I dont want to rush into anything. I was away at the weekend and while I was away my ex went round to a friend of mine who lives just out of the 100 meters he is not allowed near me and tried it on with her she is only 21 and he is 42. She also has suffered domestic violence off her last partner so she is not happy at all. I cant believe what goes on in that mans head.
Basically him and my daughters who he has got on his side are trying to split me and my new man up but my new man is very tolerant and says he's going no where but I feel really really bad. I am doing all I can legally to get it stopped.

You really have to wonder what goes on in their heads! I think they can't get over not having power over someone. Perservere, you will get there eventually. My boyfriend now is lovely and has tolerated everything from me going to court to sitting in tears because he wouldn't leave me alone. A year and a half on I think he's got the message as I've heard nothing from him since last September when I took him back to court for texting me. Just make sure you report everything he does to the police as he will get the message that you are not soft and will not tolerate this from him. That would be great please as people read it all on here don't they. I am reporting everything and have all the legal stuff on my side. My boyfriend is great but I really could do without it at this early stage in our relationship but he says he loves me and knows I am doing all I can to get it stopped . I will email you x
