They should be used whilst at their freshest.
You could store them for a couple of days, presuming they're not packaged otherwise they would have a date on them.
If you know you're not going to be using them for a while then it's best to freeze them

If you have taken them out of the freezer and then put in the fridge, I would only leave them in there for 1 day.

Shellfish goes off very quickly.
