Hi
My garden is completely infested with spiders, about 1-2cm big and are brownish/black. There are millions of them making the ground look as though its moving and have completely taken over.
Has anyone got any advice on how to get rid of them. Has anyone had a similar problem?
Please help cos I want to be in my spider free garden this summer!

there probably wolf spiders leave the little darling alone . birds will probably sort them for you
Superbuys sell a spray called `No More Spider` also can be found in such like stores. Spray around doors and windows to keep them out of the house, about every 3 months.

hi
thx for your help but they've been quite heavily infested in my garden for a few years now but now they're getting worse!!!! I don't think there are enough birds! help!
You can get plug-ins that give of either a sound or an aroma that get keep them away. My neighbour used to use them when his children were small as they had a lot in the house.

Not sure if it would keep them away from garden, but worth looking into I guess! How about calling a pest contol, they might have advice?
I have two cats that I can hire to you as they both love small spiders, mice and rats....
Spiders are good. Spiders eat all those nasty insects that eat your pretty flowers and your veg plants. Welcome them with open arms and be thankful that you've got them! They won't be crawling round your garden for long, they'll find nice little nooks & crannies to hide in, so you won't see them. Please don't hurt them. K xx (Yes, I'm totally nuts & I love spiders!!)
