Rum and Raisin

Can anyone tell me where i could buy rum and raisin ice cream for my friend?
She says Iceland sold it but when i looked, they didnt have any!
We did find some today in Tesco's but it was a tiny tub and it was �4.00!
If anyone knows of anywhere i could get it from, hopefully a tad cheaper then i would be very grateful!

The last time i bought some was around 6 months ago at sainsburys for about 2.70??They may still do it....its my fave too but on demand!!

thanks both, what we wondered was, why when there are so many fancy flavours (some just silly) did we struggle to find rum and raisin!

Like I've said, unrulyjulie, it is the most sort after by people and therefore the first to go. What I can't understand is, why don't they just make more!!! ( Though I'd then be buying more perhaps!)

Just finishing my large tub from Makro, can't remember the price, but i must say, it is far nicer than the one i bought from Tesco!!

Jules (yes I am stalking you) when you come up here again (or if!) then I will take you and to Fredericks, this fantastic Ice cream parlour near me. They have over 100 flavours and I have been known to go and send Bob a photo just to make him jealous It is yummy stuff, I coud buy you some and courier it down to that strange place you live :)

OMG I have RUM n RAISIN hangover. Inspired by Mc fluffs recipe I knocked up a batch made with Pussers Rum ( soaked the fruit for two days ) in the ice cream maker. Went down a treat - I am sure my eyesight will return soon. lol
