Sorry, Juleejules.... I can't find an Indian recipe for Souvlaki, just a Greek one....(it doesn't sound like an indian dish though) .... http://uktv.co.uk/food/recipe/aid/512844

Hi Jugglering, thanks for your answer, like you I'd only heard of the Greek one, but I was looking at a review of an Indian Sheekh Kebab recipe on All recipes and someone had recommending serving them with Indian Souvlaki. I'll give it a go but probably substitute the oregano with fresh corriander
