Can anyone confirm the Alexander Nasmyth was Queen Victoria's dentist please.

No, I think you've got the wrong man.
Yes he was. This was something I checked on some time ago and I googled this.
I googled & came up with another name.
Yes it seems he was. He had a membrane named after him and was Prince Albert's dentist too.
I googled "Alexander Nasmyth dentist" to get the information. There is another person of the same name who was an artist.
But there isn't a blue plaque for Nasmyth

No, he had the normal dental plaque (sorry, couldn't resist!)
I've got Sir Edwin Saunders but can't get the chef.

Thanks to you all for help and advise.
Dentist was Sir Edwin Saunders and he does have a Blue plaque outside his house. Chef Madame Cholet. Postdog enjoyed the joke. Am new to this site does so it's all very interesting.
