I bought a Sony Bravia 32" from play.com. As I was at work I couldn't take delivery of for 2 days so I had to go and pick it up from the Parcel Force depot after work last night. I went with my dad so he could help me with it and when we saw the box there was a massive rip/tear down the side it.
I didn't sign for it in case it was damaged and Parcel Force said they would send it back. Play.com said they could not provide me with a replacement and that I had to re-order after I get my refund.
I'm so annoyed cos I really wanted my new TV today. I'm going to have to go through the whole rigmarole of not being at home for the delivery again! Arrrggghh!
It is really annoying Weeal. If they can give me a definite date for delivery I could get my dad to come round but they never do. If you aks for a Saturday delivery they charge you �12 squid. Bl00dy ridicuous innit!

But I suppose sometimes when somebody says something in jest on here it can be taken in so many ways as different peeps interpreatate words in different ways
So shrruuppp and I love you tiggs and you cannot inturnip that in any other way.
What a silly way to do things isn't it , why on earth can't they do a straight exchange instead of having to refund and then you pay again , it hasn't gone up in price has it btw ?

Its a bit of a relief I suppose. Parcel Force said that the TV would be despatched back to Play last night but when I tracked the number online today it still said it was with Parcel Force. I'll check it again later.
