I have tiny little blisters appear on different areas of my feet, and they appear randomly and don't seem to be caused by footwear. Any clues?

Possibly pompholyx a form of eczema which is very irritating. Often found on the hands too. To check if that's what it might be, google pompholyx. See your doctor. It's easy to treat but takes time to get rid of. Suggest that in the meantime you wash feet few times a day and only wear 100% cotton socks.
Maybe planters warts.  When I was younger I had multiple platers warts.  They weren't painful, were roundish and slightly raised.  Maybe you should check with a dermatologist.
